We understand that circumstances may change. Our refund policy is as follows:

• Full refund: If cancellation is made within one (1) week from the start date of the course.
• Half refund: If cancellation is made within two (2) weeks from the course start date.
• No refund: After the second week from the course start date.

• Role-play practice sessions
